A Conflict of Interest?

Carbon offsets are one way to meet Oregon’s proposed climate goals. The Oregon Global Warming Commission Chair, Angus Duncan was paid over $125,000 by his company that sells carbon offsets. (2005 data)

Here’s the Proof:

2.  Angus Duncan is president of the Bonneville Environmental Foundation & Was Paid over $125,000 in 2005
